Dear Bhrathas and Baginis,

There are a lot of people who are not at all interested in religion and politics. They will never join this site if all they see are those two topics.

And once you start posting them, it consumes the entire platform and kills off any possibility of other communities from existing on the platform. We have seen it happen at Chodi where many good creators left just because religious posts got way beyond their tastes.

So, politics and religion should be restricted to the communities that allow it -

A reasonable level of political comments are allowed in other communities too.

More communities can be created too if there is a need. Just don’t encroach on other communities so that users can unsub if they don’t like.

This rule was not implemented till now, but as we are seeing more and more politics and religion based posts, so we have started implementing them.
