Were we all fooled by western propoganda?

How many of you think Olive oil is healtheir than Mustard oil? How many of you think Refined oil is better than kacchi ghani (cold-pressed oil)? How many of you think Butter is better than ghee? How many of you think milk powder is better than milk? How many of you think the soaps you use is better than ash for cleaning cooking utensils? How many of you think Milk for foreign cows are better than Desi breeds? Welcome to reality. Mustard Oil is healthier than Olive oil (which is also very healthy btw) Refined means spoilt. I would recommend throwing that shit out of the window. During the refining process, the unsaturated fat in the oils become trans fat which is no less than poison and you body cannot handle that. In the long term they lead to cardiovascular issues (which 33% of Indians die from, so every 1 in 3). Also refining process induces cancer causing substances. Sources will be linked below. Ghee is better than butter. Both are not good for the body but Ghee is much better even though it contains more saturated fat. In fact ghee is sold as more expensive "clarified butter" in the west. Milk powder contains artificial preservatives and chemicals. None of which they are required to disclose under guidelines by FSSAI. Ash is a natural cleaning agent. Soaps contain chemicals and fragrances whose effects which have never been studied. Do you want to take that risk? I know switching is hard but ash is available in rural areas and it costs nothing. Milk from Desi Cows contains A2 Beta Caesin which is easily digestible for Humans and have many health benefits. While Milk from foreign breeds (especially Jersey Cows) have A1 Beta Caesin which is either indigestible or if digested (by the bacteria in your gut) forms byproducts which are staight up cancer causing (not medically accurate but read [this](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4166373/). No doubt lactose intolerance is a problem in the west and now India because of the hybrids. So in short, Follow the Arurveda Rule. The food you eat must be Saatvik (or rajwik at times), Locally available (prefer coconuts over avocados), Seasonal (Eat seasonal foods), Fresh (avoid frozed food), and good to eat (delicious).

[Mr Scientific] Scientists Plan to Store DNA on The Moon! [2 mins]
Svalbard Seed Vault is located in Norway, it holds over 1 million seed samples. In case there's a global disaster like climate change which causes a catastrophic loss of crop diversity. This vault has 500 seeds of almost every crop to revive humanity in the post apocalyptic world. On a similar note, scientists wants to preserve DNA they're planning to create a 'lunar ark.' That would contain sperm, eggs and seeds from all the 6.7 million known species on Earth. This ARK could be placed in hollowed out lava tubes that exist below the Moon's surface. It could be powered by solar panels on the surface and keep the samples inside cryogenically frozen.* Last 24 Hours of Albert Einstein! >We all have been told that; there is no sound in space; because there is no air for it to travel. Well, in a new release by NASA, we all have been proven WRONG. Kind of. In a new release by NASA, they have revealed the sound coming directly from a Black Hole. >This Black Hole is located in the constellation Perseus, roughly 200 million light-years away. It is one of the biggest object we've discovered so far, containing thousands of galaxies. This cluster is also full of gas, that can get millions of degrees hot. >NASA scientists have been observing Perseus for a very long time using Chandra X-ray observatory. Astronomers observed that the pressure waves sent out by the black hole caused ripples in the cluster’s hot gas. They studied those ripples and translated them into notes that can be heard by human ears. >This is what this black hole sounds like. The Tea From This Fruit Can Make Varicose Veins Disappear. VV is a condition that affects people who have to stand for long periods of time [2.5 mins]
>Varicose veins are twisted, dilated veins. Any vein that's close to the surface of the skin (superficial) can become varicose. Varicose veins most commonly affect the veins in the legs. This is because standing and walking increases pressure in the veins of the lower body. >For many people, varicose veins and spider veins - a common, mild variety of varicose veins - are merely a cosmetic problem. For other people, varicose veins can cause painful and uncomfortable symptoms. Sometimes varicose veins also lead to more serious problems. >Treatment may consist of self-care measures or procedures performed by a healthcare provider to close or remove the veins. >An alternative and very effective way to treat them naturally at home is to use white mulberry tea. >White mulberry is so amazing that it can work from head to toe to treat and prevent problems that affect our body. >According to research, the extract of white mulberry leaves contains rutin, vitamin C and resveratrol, substances that help prevent and reduce the appearance of varicose veins. 00:00 Introduction 00:30 Why do varicose veins form? 00:51 White mulberry and varicose veins 01:14 White mulberry benefits 01:37 How to make white mulberry tea 01:55 Tips to prevent varicose veins 02:13 Outro #varicoseveins #homeremedies #naturalcures **What is white mulberry?** >White mulberry, which is known scientifically as Morus alba, is a type of tree native to certain parts of China and India (1Trusted Source). >The tree is notable for its long leaves, petalless flowers, and small berries, which range in color from white to pink or dark purple. >Today, white mulberry is grown worldwide, and the leaves are commonly used to feed silkworms and other livestock. >The fruit also has a sweet, somewhat tart flavor and is often used to make juice, tea, jam, or dried snacks. >White mulberries are especially rich in vitamin C, a water-soluble vitamin that acts as an antioxidant to neutralize harmful free radicals and alleviate inflammation (4Trusted Source). >They’re also high in iron, a key mineral involved in DNA synthesis and oxygen transport (5Trusted S) >**Potential downsides** >For most people, white mulberry can be enjoyed as part of a healthy, well-rounded diet with little risk of adverse side effects. >Although allergic reactions to white mulberry are very uncommon, they have been reported. >Mulberry fruit has also been shown to trigger an allergic reaction in people who are sensitive to birch pollen due to cross-reactivity (17Trusted Source). >That said, be sure to talk with your healthcare professional before using white mulberry extracts, teas, or supplements, especially if you have any underlying health conditions or are taking medications. >Summary >White mulberry may cause allergic reactions, especially in people who are sensitive to birch pollen. Those with underlying health conditions should talk with their doctor before using white mulberry supplements. * https://rumble.com/v1d8h0o-the-tea-from-this-fruit-can-make-varicose-veins-disappear.html * https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Varicose_veins * https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/white-mulberry

Insulin Resistance
**How you can TEST for Insulin Resistance (years before you get Diabetes)** [Link](https://rumble.com/v1dz84m-how-you-can-test-for-insulin-resistance-years-before-you-get-diabetes.html) It is the precursor to Type 2 Diabetes, and affects millions of people. Most don't know they have it. They have it for many years before they get diagnosed. Tests you can do: 1. Oral Glucose Tolerance Test Drink a special glucose containing drink and measure your blood glucose 2 hours later. If your blood glucose level is 200+, it is in diabetic range. 2. Fasting Glucose Test Greater than 126 mg/dl means you are diabetic. 3. HbA1C >It is a measure of how much glucose is bound to haemoglobin over the past 2-3 months. >Below 5.7 - normal >5.7 - 6.4 - Prediabetes [More on it](https://bakchodi.org/post/10135?scrollToComments=true) >6.5+ - Diabetic 4. HOMA-IR (Homeostasis Model for Insulin Resistance) You need fasting glucose and fasting insulin levels for this test. It is divided by 405. The closer it is to 1, the better. >These are some of the best ways to diagnose Insulin Resistance Syndrome, which affects millions of people unknowingly. The last test, HOMA-IR (Homeostasis Model for Insulin Resistance) may be the best… **Understanding Insulin Resistance and Obesity** [Link](https://rumble.com/v1boty4-understanding-insulin-resistance-and-obesity.html) * Avoid processed carbs * Increase intake of nuts * Use olive oil **3 WARNING skin signs of INSULIN RESISTANCE (precursor to DIABETES)** [Link](https://rumble.com/v1csd8q-3-warning-skin-signs-of-insulin-resistance-precursor-to-diabetes.html) 1) Skin Tags 2) Acanthosis nigricans Darker skin which is velvety in texture. > The pigs had already been dead for an hour, and yet, the cells of their hearts, brains and livers were still kicking. > > Thanks to a new system called OrganEx, scientists can now keep the dying organs of recently deceased pigs alive by hooking the animals up to a system of pumps, filters and flowing fluids. This procedure does not restore the animals' brain function or pull the pigs back from the great beyond; rather, it ensures that certain cellular functions in the animals' vital organs keep going.

> Scientists have discovered a novel material that can emit, detect, and modulate infrared light with high efficiency making it useful for solar and thermal energy harvesting and for optical communication devices. > K C Maurya and co-workers have utilised a scientific phenomenon called polariton excitations that occur in tailored materials when light couples with either the collective free electron oscillations or polar lattice vibrations to achieve this feat. They have carefully controlled material properties to excite polaritons (a quasi-particle) and achieve strong light-matter interactions in single-crystalline scandium nitride (ScN) using infrared light. > These exotic polaritons in the ScN can be utilised for solar and thermal energy harvesting. Also belonging to the same family of materials as gallium nitride (GaN), scandium nitride is compatible with modern complementary-metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) or Si-chip technology and, therefore, could be easily integrated for on-chip optical communication devices.
